Convenient Location: The property is a stone's throw away from popular attractions such as Lagos Marina and Dona Ana Beach, making it easy to explore the beautiful sights of Lagos.
Slight Bathroom Issue: The bathrooms, although diligently cleaned daily, can sometimes end up a little dirty due to the busy flow of guests. However, this minor issue can be overlooked considering the overall cleanliness and convenience of the guest house.

Check in and check out were smooth. The room, although small, felt cozy. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, clubs, and nightlife.
The double bed we were promised was actually two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses easily split apart. there were issues with noise at night due to poor insulation, and the owner's loud conversations with late check-in guests disturbed our sleep.

Mind-blowing value for money with super convenient kitchen facilities including a fridge, stove top, toaster, and cookware/kitchen utensils. Wi-fi, electric kettle, and even a washing machine and dryer provided! Cleaning team does a jaw-droppingly thorough job. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible. Friendly service and helpful local tips.

I recently stayed at this guest house for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. Tiago, the owner and manager, is an incredibly friendly and helpful person, always ensuring that guests feel at home. He even went out of his way to take me to the hospital when I needed assistance. The location is perfect, situated close to the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants, pubs, and clubs, yet it remains quiet and peaceful. The amenities, including a kitchen and laundry facilities, were very convenient. The wifi connection was reliable, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had a fabulous stay at Guest House First Floor. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, providing me with a map and suggesting the best places to visit during my short one-day trip. He even offered to store my backpack so I wouldn't have to carry it around. The hostel itself was in a great location, right in the city center, with everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of the Old Town, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed but independent holiday. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good quality mattresses and sheets. The curtains are also great for blocking out the sun, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the helpful staff provides lots of local tips and information for exploring the city center and its beautiful beaches.
One of the showers in the guesthouse is a bit small, which may be difficult for some guests to maneuver comfortably.
